SoCal Diversity Recruiting Fair

The Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair is a networking event intended for faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups interested in working in independent schools. It gives attendees the opportunity to learn about working in an independent school while connecting with representatives about open positions.
The 2023 hybrid fair is designed with you in mind! We are excited to meet you, whether you are local to the Los Angeles area and attending in person, or connecting with us virtually from a different part of the country!
The fair schedule will include 15-minute panels such as teaching in an independent school; diversity, equity, and inclusion in education; and working as an administrator in an independent school. Want to showcase your authentic self? Register by February 1,2023 and get access to a virtual workshop designed to help you refine your interview skills, build a great resume, and answer any of your questions!
We are excited to share that there are approximately 50 Los Angeles-area schools signed up to participate in the fair! For additional details and for links to the participating schools’ websites, please click, here. Schools will have their virtual booths set up on the Brazen platform closer to the fair date.
