Opportunities available:

Senior Mobile App Developer – Remote

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience building native iOS/Android applications with at least 1 application in the Apple/Google App Store
• Demonstrated ability developing with [Objective-C/Swift], [Java/Kotlin], [iOS SDK]/[Android SDK], and [XCode]/[Android Studio].
• 4+ years of experience building enterprise applications
• Experience with web services, JSON and XML

Product Design Lead – Remote

• 3+ years of experience within a corporate or agency setting
• 3+ years of experience in creative/tech management or leadership position preferred
• Familiarity with UX/UI industry tools for research and creative output
• Experience conducting ideation workshops and guiding teams to customer-focused solutions
• A strong advocate for customer-focused experience enhancements
• Experience designing iOS/Android app and responsive web interfaces
• Ability to articulate design decisions confidently – both written and spoken
• Creative ability to ideate from an initial concept and can see it through the design process to implementation

Senior Product Designer – Remote

• BA/BS or higher in graphic design, human interface design, cognitive psychology, or a related discipline is preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading visual design efforts for digital products
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates visual design skills, logical and creative thinking, and attention to detail in the context of digital products.
• A mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, Abstract, or related visual design software
• Proficient at conducting qualitative and quantitative user research using a variety of methodologies and tools
• A strong understanding of user interface patterns and best practices across both mobile app and responsive web design
• Expert knowledge in iOS and Android/Material human interface design guidelines
• Expert-level understanding of HCI principles
• Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.

Senior Product Researcher – Remote

• BA/BS or higher in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, or a related discipline is preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading UX design efforts for digital products
• Strong portfolio of project work that demonstrates expert-level understanding and practical application of HCI principles, logical and creative thinking, and attention to detail in the context of digital products
• Proficient at conducting qualitative and quantitative user research using a variety of methodologies and tools

Senior UI Developer – Remote

• Experience with front end development (back end web development is a plus) and best practices for each. Knowledge of Agile workflows and an ability to collaborate in a fast-paced customer-facing application.
• As you will discover, there are numerous skills to be learned. Listed below are among the key skills that you will need to master while performing in this position.
• Demonstrate ability and proficiency to work with ADO, Code Repositories, Design Kit, NPM, Typescript, JavaScript, React.js and Integrated Development Environment at an expert level.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
