Odyssey provides engineering research and analysis services. Our core competencies are in the domain of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GN&C) design, analysis, integration and test.  We specialize in rendezvous, proximity operations and capture (RPOC) (including separation and departure) and other on-orbit flight phases, though our experience base includes launch and entry phases as well. Our engineers have worked on both crewed and un-crewed spacecraft encompassing automated and manual flight systems design.  We have participated extensively in Spacecraft Systems Engineering focusing on: GN&C and related systems, requirements development/evaluation, mission design/development (including reference missions and scenarios), system & subsystem design development/review/analysis, integrationtest planning/implementation and operations support. The Odyssey team also has extensive spacecraft simulation development and use experience and builds tools for in-house and external customers.  In addition to mission success, the results of our work are used for critical support and analysis of vehicle and overall system safety. Our team members have significant experience with the safety process and hazard reports and have participated in various boards and special investigative topics.

Odyssey currently provides specialized analysis/research and systems engineering/analysis and integration support to NASA in the RPOC and on-orbit GN&C systems domains for vehicles that will provide re-supply and logistics services to the ISS, for the new exploration activities, and for other research projects/vehicles/missions in development.

Odyssey is a highly focused, experienced and motivated team seeking to establish mutually beneficial relationships and to provide technical expertise applied to a variety of challenging spacecraft engineering and design topics.
