Clinical Supervisor : Wayside

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide supervision to Clinicians, Youth and Family Support Workers, and clinical interns providing intensive community-based, wraparound services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF),the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and/or insurance.
  • Provide direct community-based services to a small caseload of children and families according to the requirements of the program.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the child, parents, and other providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.
  • Provide phone and in person crisis intervention and clinical support to all staff and families involved with the program.
  • The Clinical Supervisor is part of the larger management team at the site and will be part of agency committees and involved in all aspects of hiring and training of program staff.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related human service field.
  • Independent licensure.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with youth with behavioral health needs.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile.
