ENCORE BOSTON HARBOR JOBS
The Encore Boston Harbor Casino Host is responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract domestic multicultural premium and high-limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Work requires superior communication skills and judgment, as position is called upon to interact frequently with high-limit customers and make discretionary business decisions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining all Encore Standards and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
