CDC’s Division of Scientific Education and Professional Development (DSEPD) assists state and local public health departments and public health partners by providing staff (fellow assignments), technical assistance, and training and education services.
DSEPD fellowships are a critical part of CDC’s contribution to the public health workforce as they provide valuable service through on-the-job placements at CDC, state and local health departments, and other partners during fellowship assignments and after graduation.
