Customer Service Hiring Event

From $20 to $28 per hour

Positions: Customer Service Representative (English & Bilingual (Spanish) / Customer Service Management Trainee


Location: 705 Braselton Industrial Blvd, Braselton, GA 30517


Customer Service Representative:

Both English and Bilingual Spanish openings are available
From $20 to $25 per hour (English only)

From $21 to $27 per hour (Bilingual English / Spanish)

Various shifts available with set schedules.

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Uline’s website and place orders online.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual candidates must be 100% fluent in both English / Spanish (read, speak, write).


Customer Service Management Trainee:
From $23 to $28 per hour

Training Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Various shifts available with set schedules.

  • Manage a team of customer service reps on a daily basis.
  • Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service.
  • Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching.
  • Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
  • Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking.
  • Strong track record of customer focused service and attention to detail.
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus.
